A €20 deposit holds it
Your booking is confirmed with a €20 online payment, and the confirmation email follows once it goes through. The rest is paid here on the day, in cash. If you cannot see the email, check spam before writing to us.

Playing in English? The game itself always is — puzzles, texts and every prop in the room. If you also want your game master to run it in English, message us before you book and we'll confirm which slots we can cover.
You have booked. Now what?
You can move the date
With 72 hours' notice we shift your booking to another day at no cost. Inside that window we cannot, because the slot goes unsold. We do not refund: that is why moving the date is the route — the booking is not lost, it moves.
Turn up on time
Your booking time is the time to be here, not the time the game starts. Turn up late and that time comes off your game; more than 10 minutes late, and the session may be cancelled. If it is going to be tight, call +34 915 59 57 08.
If fewer of you turn up
You can still play, and only those who come pay: the rate for that number of players, with the €20 deposit already taken off.
Large group, or want a hand choosing?
Groups over 13 and corporate events are quoted individually. And if you are not sure which room suits your group, just ask — no commitment.
