No screen dispensing automatic hints. A real person is following your game in character and nudges you at exactly the right moment — not before you have had a go, not after you have given up.

Cuesta de San Vicente 22, between Plaza España and Príncipe Pío. Five minutes' walk from Plaza de España metro (lines 2, 3, 10), seven from Príncipe Pío (lines 6, 10, commuter rail) and three from the SABA car park, with half the city's restaurants nearby for dinner afterwards.

Los niños estaban cansados y agotados cuando llegamos, pero el ambiente cambió por completo en cuanto Rodri nos dio la bienvenida. Desde el primer momento todos estaban entusiasmados. Frequently asked questions
It depends on the room. Chicken Rebellion takes 2 to 7. Magellan’s Secret takes 3 to 6. The Plague, once it opens, 4 to 6. The Room 745 is the large-group format: 10 to 24 at our venue, and up to 100 at a time if we bring it to you.
On Chicken Rebellion and Magellan’s Secret the price is for the whole game, not per head: the more of you come, the less each one pays. The Room 745 is quoted individually.

Chicken Rebellion: from 8 with an adult along (12+ without). Magellan’s Secret: not recommended below 16; from 12 they can play with an adult along. The Room 745: 16 and over.
Your booking time is the time to be here — not earlier, not later. That is all we need to brief you and get started.
Turn up late and you lose that time: we cannot run over, because another group is booked in behind you. And there is a limit — more than 10 minutes late and the session may be cancelled, because by then there may not be enough game left to play.
If it is going to be tight, call us on +34 915 59 57 08 and we will see what we can do.
Moving the date, yes: with at least 72 hours’ notice we shift your booking to another day at no cost. Message us on WhatsApp or call and it is sorted in a minute.
Refunding the €20 deposit, no. Once a booking is confirmed we keep it. If fewer of you turn up than you booked for, only those who come pay. That is why moving the date is the route: the booking is not lost, it moves.
Inside that 72-hour window we can no longer accept changes or cancellations — that slot goes unsold.
If you bought through a third party — an activities platform, a gift portal — changes and refunds run through them and their own terms, not through us.
The clock does not start until you book.
