General
It depends on the room. Chicken Rebellion takes 2 to 7. Magellan’s Secret takes 3 to 6. The Plague, once it opens, 4 to 6. The Room 745 is the large-group format: 10 to 24 at our venue, and up to 100 at a time if we bring it to you.
On Chicken Rebellion and Magellan’s Secret the price is for the whole game, not per head: the more of you come, the less each one pays. The Room 745 is quoted individually.
More than seven of you? Get in touch.
Chicken Rebellion: from 8 with an adult along (12+ without). Magellan’s Secret: not recommended below 16; from 12 they can play with an adult along. The Room 745: 16 and over.
Your booking time is the time to be here — not earlier, not later. That is all we need to brief you and get started.
Turn up late and you lose that time: we cannot run over, because another group is booked in behind you. And there is a limit — more than 10 minutes late and the session may be cancelled, because by then there may not be enough game left to play.
If it is going to be tight, call us on +34 915 59 57 08 and we will see what we can do.
Moving the date, yes: with at least 72 hours’ notice we shift your booking to another day at no cost. Message us on WhatsApp or call and it is sorted in a minute.
Refunding the €20 deposit, no. Once a booking is confirmed we keep it. If fewer of you turn up than you booked for, only those who come pay. That is why moving the date is the route: the booking is not lost, it moves.
Inside that 72-hour window we can no longer accept changes or cancellations — that slot goes unsold.
If you bought through a third party — an activities platform, a gift portal — changes and refunds run through them and their own terms, not through us.
Prices
It depends on the room and how many of you there are. As a guide, for a group of 4: Chicken Rebellion €88 (€22 each) and Magellan’s Secret €104 (€26 each). The Room 745 is quoted individually. All prices include VAT. The more of you there are, the less each person pays.
The price you see is the total for the game, with the per-person figure next to it. The bigger the group, the less each of you pays: Chicken Rebellion runs from €34 a head for two players down to €20 a head for seven. VAT included throughout.
Yes, but only a €20 deposit. You pay it online when you book, and it is what holds the room in your name so nobody else takes the slot; once it goes through, the confirmation comes by email. The rest you pay here on the day, in cash.
The Room 745 is the exception: it has no online calendar. We arrange it with you by WhatsApp, by phone or through a quote request, and come back with a time and a firm quote.
There are two. Some Wednesday and Thursday sessions are €5 cheaper per booking: Chicken Rebellion at 5 pm and 6.45 pm, and Magellan’s Secret at 4 pm and 6 pm. The calendar takes it off for you. And whoever cracks the mini-game in our shop window, on Cuesta de San Vicente, walks away with a discount code. We do not run any other promo codes.
Beyond that, the more of you come, the less each one pays. For groups over 13 or corporate events the quote is tailored — ask us through our business page.
Chicken Rebellion
It is not a children’s room: it is built for adults, and it is a comedy, even if the heroes are chickens. Children can play from 8 with an adult along, and from 12 without one. For groups of children aged 8 to 14 we adapt it on request: let us know on WhatsApp when you book, with some notice.
It depends on the mode, and you pick it when you book: medium is the best way in we have for anyone who has never played; hard gives trouble to groups with rooms behind them. The puzzles are varied and the tone is funny, so the pressure sits more lightly. If it is your first time, pick this one on medium.
There is hay and straw in the room, so bear that in mind if anyone in the group has allergies. Wear comfortable clothes. The room is not adapted for reduced mobility.
Magellan's Secret
Because the room needs it. It is longer and harder than the others, with an investigation that needs room to breathe. It is not padding: most groups use every minute.
No. The 16th-century setting is carefully built, but everything you need to solve it is inside the room. Nobody is going to ask you for Magellan’s or Elcano’s dates.
We do not recommend it for under-16s: it is our hardest room and it can frustrate younger players.
That said, 12 and over can play as long as an adult comes along. If you are unsure, Chicken Rebellion is a far better way in for a group with kids.
No. Magellan’s Secret takes three to six players: it cannot be played as a pair.
It is our hardest room, ninety minutes built for several heads splitting the work, and between two there is simply too much to look at.
If there are two of you, your room is Chicken Rebellion: it plays well as a pair and the comedy helps when you get stuck.
The Room 745
Somewhere you all fit and one table per 10 players. That is it. We bring the two cases with all the material and an actor Game Master who runs the game.
Depends where you play it. At our venue, 10 to 24 players split into three groups — that is the room’s capacity and there is no stretching it. On location, 20 players minimum and up to 100 playing at once, in groups of 10.
You can play with the minimum, but it costs more per head: the Game Master and the kit cost the same whether 10 of you turn up or 60. There is a small discount from 30 players up.
And every off-site booking is quoted with travel, in Madrid or beyond. It is fixed in the proposal we send you, so there are no surprises at the end.
Yes, on request. The format is portable precisely for that, and it sets up anywhere in Spain.
Travel is quoted on every off-site booking, Madrid included: two cases and a Game Master have to get to wherever you are. It is fixed in the proposal we send, so you know the total before you decide.
Business & events
The game itself runs 60 minutes, but allow around two hours in total for welcome, briefing, play and the wrap-up with results. Add a follow-up session with a coach and it is closer to three.
Yes, with VAT itemised. We can also issue a certificate of activity if you need it to justify training spend, and take a group photo at the end.
Yes. The game itself is always in English — no need to ask. For the Game Master to perform in English too, tell us when you request the quote and we will confirm whether we can cover your date. If we cannot, the game is still in English; the acting is not.
Under 24 working hours, with a firm quote. No sales follow-up calls.
Gift vouchers
Six months from purchase. Each voucher is for one room, Chicken Rebellion or Magellan’s Secret, and a set number of players: you choose both when you buy it. Whoever receives it picks the date within that window, and if they run short of time, they message us on WhatsApp or by email before it expires and we renew the date.
Vouchers bought through our previous booking system keep their twelve months.
By booking whichever day suits them on the calendar for the voucher’s room, using the code that comes with it. If anything does not add up, they can message us on WhatsApp and we will sort it.
Vouchers bought through our previous booking system do not go through the calendar: to book with one of those, message us on WhatsApp or give us a call.
No. Each voucher is for a specific room, Chicken Rebellion or Magellan’s Secret, and a set number of players, and you choose both when you buy it. Whoever receives it picks the day. If they would rather play the other room, it can be switched by paying the difference: they ask us in good time on WhatsApp or by email.
The Room 745 is not sold as a voucher: the price depends on the group and on where you play, so it is quoted individually.
By email, to the address you give when you buy it. Forward it by WhatsApp or email, or print it and put it in an envelope if you would rather hand it over.
